Ingredients for 4 people
1 red velvet cake
0.7 cup of heavy cream
10 oz of white chocolate
2 red velvet cupcakes
Make two cupcakes and one big red velvet cake following this recipe
and place one of the cupcakies in a jar of jelly. Cover with the vodka and mix. Put ice cubes, the vodka infused cupcake, some Baileys and 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a cocktail shaker.
Mix white chocolate, heavy cream and red wine to make a ganache. Fill a wine glass with ganache to coat the sides. Pour some ganache on a silicone mat and place on top of another wine glass. Secure with clothes pins to resemble a wine spill. Allow to set. Pipe some of the ganache on the sides of a cocktail glass.
Cut the top part of the cupcake and place on the top of the cake. Pour ganache over the cake and add the wine glass face down. Add the wine spill decoration on top of the cake. Serve with the cocktails and enjoy!
