Ingredients for 6 people
2.9 cups of brown sugar
2.2 cups of butter
2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
6 cups of flour
7 oz of chocolate chips
1 bottle of vodka
Placet 12 caramels in the vodka bottle. Add 5 tbsp of brown sugar, close the bottle, mix and allow to rest for 7 days.
Mix the brown sugar, soft butter, flour, baking powder and eggs to obtain a cookie dough. Incorporate the chocolate chips. Form a strip of cookie dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and stick the shot glasses into the dough. Bake for 20 minutes at 340°F.
Place 8 caramels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 1 minute at 350°F. Allow to cool slightly and roll the melted caramels around a stainless steel straw. Fill the shot glasses with caramel vodka and add the caramel straws. Serve with the cookie and enjoy!
