400g flour

45g brown sugar

75g caster sugar

150g butter

2 eggs

3 bananas

Chocolate spread

1 can of whipped cream

Kebab sticks

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, brown and caster sugar, and eggs until you have a crumble consistency dough. Then spread the crumble mix evenly on a flat plate.

2. Push a kebab stick through each banana and dip them in the chocolate spread until they are covered.

3. Then roll the coated bananas over the crumble mix until you have a thick layer of dough around them. Remove the kebab stick and cut the coated bananas into slices.

4. Place the slices on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Enjoy warm dipped in whipped cream.
