Mini Banana & Chocolate Crumble
Total time: 45 minutes
Ingredients for 8 people
400 g of flour
45 g of brown sugar
75 g of caster sugar
150 g of butter
1 can of whipped cream
In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, brown and caster sugar, and eggs until you have a crumble consistency dough. Then spread the crumble mix evenly on a flat plate.
Push a kebab stick through each banana and dip them in the chocolate spread until they are covered.
Then roll the coated bananas over the crumble mix until you have a thick layer of dough around them. Remove the kebab stick and cut the coated bananas into slices.
Place the slices on a lined baking tray and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Enjoy warm dipped in whipped cream.
