Ingredients for 6 people

6 potatoes

4 slices of ham

8 slices of emmental cheese

5 tbsp of butter

2/3 cup of sour cream

1 bunch of chives

1 1/4 cups of grated mozzarella

salt and pepper

Step 1/4

Cut the bottom off the potatoes and place them on end in a muffin tin, brush with melted butter, and bake in the oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Step 2/4

Make layers of ham and cheese, then use a small glass to cut circles of ham and cheese.

Step 3/4

Add chopped chives to the sour cream, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the top of the potatoes and scoop out the flesh, then fill with a spoon of the cream mix. Then add the layers of ham and cheese.

Step 4/4

Finally top with grated mozzarella and bake in the oven again for 10 minutes at 350°F. Serve straight away.
