Ingredients for 6 people

1 pie dough

2 tbsp of mustard

2 eggs

1 1/4 cups of low-fat cream

1/4 mozzarella, grated

3 red tomatoes

2 yellow tomatoes

2 orange tomatoes

basil

salt & pepper

Step 1/2

Lay the pie dough in the pie pan and brush it with mustard. Mix the eggs, low-fat cream, salt, and pepper and pour into the pie. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.

Step 2/2

Quarter all the tomatoes and arrange them in a spiral in the pie, starting with the red, then the orange, and finally the yellow. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 Β°F. Garnish with basil leaves, slice, and enjoy!
