Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients for 5 people

3 cups of flour

8 eggs

2 cups of milk

11 hot dogs

1/3 cup of bacon, diced & fried

1 cup of swiss cheese, grated

1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

1 red pepper, diced

1 yellow pepper, diced

1 green pepper, diced

1/3 cup of chorizo

salt & pepper

parsley, chopped

Tools

Parchment paper

Step 1/4

Combine the flour, 3 eggs, salt, and pepper and add in the milk, stirring to make a crepe batter. Cook 5 thick crepes.

Step 2/4

Cut the hot dogs in half lengthwise and make a hot dog triangle, circle, heart, square, and star. Place each shape on a crepe and fold the crepe over the hot dog to contour the shape.

Step 3/4

Sprinkle the bacon in the center of the square, circle, and star and add swiss cheese. Beat 3 eggs with the heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and divide the mixture into the 3 shapes.

Step 4/4

Divide the diced peppers and chorizo into the 2 remaining shapes. Add some swiss cheese and crack an egg on top. Place all the shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
