Total time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Cook time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients for 6 people

6 cups of lucky charms cereal

10 oz of marshmallows

4 tbsp of butter

1/2 cup of melted chocolate

Pretzels

Chips

1/2 cup of condensed milk

2 cups of heavy cream

Vanilla extract

1 box brownie mix

Strawberry jam

CBD

Step 1/4

In a large bowl, place the butter and the marshmallows. Microwave one minute at a time until butter is melted and marshmallow is soft. Stir the marshmallow and butter together to create a smooth mixture. While the marshmallows are still warm stir in the cereal until evenly combined. Lightly grease your hands and scoop about a baseball sized ball of cereal marshmallow. Press it into a lightly greased small bowl so that the cereal marshmallow treat takes the form of the bowl. Continue with the rest of the cereal. Place the bowls in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 2/4

Crush up a bag of potato chips (or pretzels). Dip the top of the bowls in chocolate and then dip them in the crushed chips. Chill the cereal bowls.

Step 3/4

Place a large baking sheet with raised sides into the freezer, as flat as possible. Put a smaller baking sheet on top of the larger one and pour cool water into the larger baking sheet. Allow to freeze completely. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk and the heavy cream. Pour the liquid into a very thin layer in the smaller baking sheet. Using a spatula, chop brownie bits into the ice cream mixture until there are a few small chunks of brownie. Mix into the ice cream. Sprinkle with CBD. Put the pan back into the freezer until solid.

Step 4/4

Using the spatula, cut strips into the ice cream. Continue to push the spatula to create ice cream rolls. Fill the cereal bowls with ice cream, top with extra munchies like brownies, chips and pretzels. Enjoy!
