Ingredients for 4 people
17 3/5 oz of milk chocolate
7 oz of chefclub vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 cups of heavy cream
1 pinch of brown sugar
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of cacao powder
2 pizza doughs
Make an ice cube in a small bowl. Dip the ice cube in melted chocolate. Whip the heavy cream and some milk chocolate to make whipped cream. Pipe some whipped cream on the set chocolate. Add some slices of caramelized bananas and refrigerate.
Coat the pizza dough with melted butter and cacao powder. Wrap 2 bananas with the dough and cut into slices (not all the way through). Place on a piece of parchment paper in a circular shape. Place the other cacao pizza dough in the middle and bake until done. Fill with melted caramel and peanuts. Pipe with chocolate whipped cream. Add the frozen chocolate decoration on top. Serve and enjoy!
