Ingredients for 4 people

15 slices of prosciutto

1/2 lb of ground beef

1 red onion

10 gherkins

2 pizza doughs

1 egg yolk

3/4 cup of cheddar, grated

1 beer

1 scallion

sesame seed

salt & pepper

Salad bowl

Baking tray

Parchment paper

Skewers


Step 1/4

Turn the salad bowl over and line it with slices of prosciutto. Place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 °F for 3 hours.

Step 2/4

Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped gherkins, salt, and pepper and roll into 12 meatballs. Using a glass and a knife, cut 12 discs out of the pizza dough, slightly larger than the diameter of the meatballs.

Step 3/4

Wrap the meatballs with the dough discs and skewer them in 3s. Place the skewers on the baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush the balls with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 °F.

Step 4/4

Melt the cheddar cheese with the beer and pour it into the prosciutto bowl. Sprinkle the cheese with the chopped scallion and enjoy by dipping the skewers in the cheese.
