Triple Chocolate Cream Cake

For when you can't choose which flavor you want ;)

Total time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for 8 people

1 quart cream

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 1/4 cup milk chocolate

8 white chocolate Magnum bars

1 cup dark chocolate

Chocolate chips

Step 1/3

Whip the cream with the powdered sugar to make whipped cream, and then add the melted milk chocolate to the mix to create a mousse. Leave the mousse to chill in the fridge.

Step 2/3

Remove the sticks from the Magnum® ice-creams, and arrange them against the wall of a springform pan. Spread the chocolate mousse in the mold and form a hollow in the center using a ladle. Freeze 1 hour.

Step 3/3

Melt the dark chocolate and pour into the hollow in the middle, and enjoy slices decorated with chocolate chips.
