Ingredients for 4 people
1 lb frozen French fries
1 tsp tomato paste
Salt & pepper
Step 1/4Grill the sausage in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Spread 2 large sheets of aluminum foil on the work surface side by side, overlapping them slightly, then place a sheet of parchment paper on top. Place the sausage on top, separating the roll slightly. Hold the roll apart by inserting a skewer into it. Roll the foil around the sausage inward to form a dish that firmly surrounds the sausage.
Step 2/4Place the frozen French fries on a lined baking tray covered and place in the oven at 400 °F for 10 minutes.
Step 3/4Beat the eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, ketchup, and tomato paste. Remove from the oven and cut a quarter of the fries into pieces. Pour the egg mixture between the rolls of the sausage and place the chopped fries on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F.
Step 4/4When the sausage comes out of the oven, turn the sausage over on a plate to remove the foil and then turn it over on a new plate. Serve on the remaining fries and enjoy with ketchup.
