Wash the cauliflower and cook for 6 minutes in boiling water. Remove the stem, digging out the core, and add the cubed cheddar cheese in the hollow.
Line the salad bowl with plastic wrap, letting it hang over the edges. Mix the ground beef with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, and spread all the way up the sides of the bowl. Place the cauliflower in the middle and wrap with the cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the cling film and cover the ball with bacon slices. Place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 35 minutes at 350 °F. Remove from the oven, cut the cauliflower, and enjoy!
