Mafaldine Chips! A delicious trip to Italy 😋

Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people
20 mafaldine pasta
3 1/2 oz of parmesan
4/5 cup of tomato sauce
1 1/4 cups of vodka
30 slices of salami
0.4 cup of bechamel white sauce
3 1/2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Cook the pasta 20 minutes in boiling. Dry the past 1 hour at 180°F. Fry in hot oil and remove from heat. Add basil, some grated parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes.
Spread slices of salami on a bottle of vodka. Bake 10 minutes at 350°F. Unmold and add pesto, white sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add the fried pasta and vodka sauce. Serve and enjoy!
