Recipe Kinder Bueno Cheesecake
No bake and and easy to assemble!
Remove banana skins and slice. Cut the stems off the strawberries, then cut in half. Cut the Kinder Bueno into pieces and arrange them in the bottom of a springform pan. Arrange the fruits around the edge of the pan.
Beat the heavy cream, mascarpone, powdered sugar and vanilla beans with an electric whisk to make whipped cream. Spread the cream in the pan and make it smooth using a rubber spatula. Press a ladle into the center to create a well. Freeze for 4 hours.
Fill the well with Nutella, then sprinkle crushed hazelnuts on top of the cheesecake. Enjoy.
