Ingredients

Steps

Ingredients

1/2 cup white chocolate

1/4 cup dark chocolate

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 vanilla bean

1 giant chocolate egg

9 lady finger cookies

2/3 cup brewed coffee

1.5 medium-sized chocolate eggs

2 pink strawberry candies

6 pink M&M's

Cocoa powder

Tools

1 orange

3 freezer bags

1 Pringles © can

1 corkscrew

1 rolling pin

1. Fill two freezer bags, one with melted dark chocolate and the other with melted white chocolate. Cut the bottom corners to make piping bags and draw two bunny ears with the white chocolate on a parchment lined baking sheet. Then color the inside of the ears with the dark chocolate. Place in a cool place for 30 minutes. Then draw an oval shape with the white chocolate to place the ears upright. Place a cup behind them so they don't fall down and place in a cool place for 30 minutes.

2. Make holes in the bottom of the Pringles © can with the corkscrew, pressing down with the rolling pin. Whip the mascarpone with the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Split the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds, then add them to the mixture and mix with an electric mixer.

3. Line the Pringles © can with 2 layers of the whipped cream. Next fill a freezer bag ⅔ full with the whipped cream and cut off a bottom corner to make a piping bag. Open the giant chocolate egg, keep half, and line the inside with a layer of whipped cream. Soak 3 lady fingers in coffee and place in the egg. Cover with a layer of whipped cream and 4 coffee-soaked lady fingers. Then cut the medium-sized chocolate eggs in 2 and fill 3 halves with half of a coffee-soaked lady finger. Place all of the eggs in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Turn over the giant chocolate egg so that the smooth chocolate surface is facing up. Place an orange in the Pringles © can and press down with a rolling pin to drizzle the whipped cream over the giant chocolate egg. Cover completely and sprinkle cocoa powder over the entire surface. Place 2 medium-sized egg halves at the base of the large egg to make the legs. Place the remaining whipped cream in the freezer bag and cut off a bottom corner to make a piping bag. Then cover the eggs with whipped cream.

5. Place the last egg half between the two legs to make the bunny's tail and cover it with whipped cream by making small points. Place a pink strawberry candy in the center of each paw and 3 small pink chocolate M&M's below. Place the ears in front. Serve and enjoy!
