DISCOVER CHEFCLUB PREMIUMMake a pie crust by mixing the flour, 1 tsp of salt, sugar, and butter together until crumbly, then slowly mix in the water until a dough forms. Wrap the dough in plastic and chill for 2 hours. Once chilled, use a rolling pin to roll out the dough on a floured surface. Once the dough is large enough for the pie dish, place it in the pie dish. Fold any overhanging dough under to form a thick crust.
Mix together the eggs, maple syrup, honey, corn syrup, 1/2 tsp of salt, melted butter, and rum. Fill the pie crust with the mixture. Top with a layer of pecans. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 °F. Enjoy with ice cream!
