Ingredients for 10 people

4 prime rib

Salt & pepper

1 lb of pecans

Bourbon

Butter

3 cups of green beans

1 cup of parmesan

10 oz of scallions

1 3/4 cups of baby potatoes

1 tsp of minced garlic

1/2 tsp of parsley


Tools

Kitchen twine

Aluminum foil


Step 1/4

Take the prime rib with (4 ribs) and remove the bones. Cut an open while unrolling it into a long flat piece with two flaps open on each side. Season with salt and pepper and place scallions all down the length of it.

Step 2/4

Place aluminum foil into a glass using a rolling pin and then place boiled baby potatoes into it. Pour melted butter mixed with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Close foil at the top and remove from glass to place it onto the prime rib.

Step 3/4

Close meat up using kitchen twine and then cover in a bourbon pecan glaze. Bake for 1.5 hours at 150Β°F. Remove from oven and cut open to remove potatoes from inside.

Step 4/4

Boil green beans for 1 minute. Take some Parmesan and melt it in a pan. Wrap the green beans in the cheese. Serve the prime rib slices covered in pecan glaze with some potatoes and green beans. Enjoy!
