Ingredients for 4 people
Vegetable oil for frying

Flour, for breading
Eggs, for breading
3 cups pancake mix
2 cups milk
4 tbsp vegetable oil
Vanilla ice cream
Ice cube tray
Step 1/6FRIED BUTTER BALLS: Line an ice cube tray with plastic wrap. Use half the butter to fill each cube. Cover half the buttered cubes with fried onions and chives and fill the second half with jam. Cover with the rest of the butter. Freeze then dip in batter and fry until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Step 2/6FRIED OREO ICE CREAM SANDWICHES: Separate the Oreos. Using a bowl, scrape the cream from each cookies. In the bowl, mix together the cookie cream and vanilla ice cream. Place a scoop of the ice cream between the Oreo cookies. Freeze. When solid, place a skewer in each ice cream sandwich, dip in batter and then fry until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with melted chocolate.
Step 3/6TORNADO SNICKERS: Put a skewer in the short end of the Snickers' bar. Cut diagonal slits across the top of the Snickers. Place a strip of crispy bacon in each slit. Dip in batter and fry until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with melted chocolate, and sprinkle with pistachios.
Step 4/6WALKING TACO NUGGETS: Divide cold chili into nugget sized portions. Dip in flour, beaten eggs and then Fritos. Fry until golden brown. Serve with your favorite taco toppings.
Step 5/6CHEESY FRIED PICKLES: Replace the core of the pickle with string cheese. Insert a skewer into each cheese pickle. Mix together the pancake mix, 2 eggs, milk, and 4 tbsp of vegetable oil creating a batter. Dip each cheese pickle in the batter and fry until golden brown. Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
Step 6/6FRIED TWINKIE GRILLED CHEESE: Flatten the Twinkles with the help of a spatula. On one Twinkie, place a folded piece of American cheese then a slice of bacon followed by another slice of folded American cheese. Top with a second flattened Twinkie. Grill the Twinkie grilled cheese in a hot skillet until golden brown, then dip in batter and fry until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
