Vanilla & Caramel Ice Cream Cones! The perfect summer treat 🍦😋

Ingredients for 5 people
5 ice cream cones
7 oz of milk chocolate
0.4 cup of caramel sauce
3/5 cup of peanuts
Chefclub vanilla ice cream
8 1/2 cups of water
3 3/4 cups of sugar
Cook the caramel at 340°F then pour it on 5 glasses covered with parchment pape and on the dessert ring. Allow to harden and cool completely.
Put the ice cream cones in the fridge for 20 minutes just after putting the peanuts on top of the cones with the caramel. Serve and enjoy!
