Ingredients for 3 people
1 lb ground beef
15 slices bacon
1 ball of mozzarella
15 cl white wine
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Herbes de Provence
1 small plastic bottle
1 metal pie plate
Step 1/3Season the ground beef and form into 3 large patties. Push the plastic bottle into the middle of each steak and mould the steaks well around it to form cups. Cover each cup with 5 slices of bacon. Dice the mozzarella and divide into the cups. Pour the white wine over the cheese.
Step 2/3Skewer potatoes lengthwise on sticks. Cut the potatoes in a swirl around the skewers then brush them with olive oil mixed with Herbes de Provance. Cook the burger bowls and skewers on the barbecue, covered. Once burger is cooked, place on a bottom burger bun.
Step 3/3Then place the metal pie dish on the grill and place 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese in it. Let melt then place 1 of the burger buns on it. Remove from the heat and peel off the cheese with the bread. Repeat 2 more times then place the burger buns on top of the burger bowls. Enjoy by dipping the skewers in the melted cheese.
