Total time: 1 hour

Cook time: 50 minutes, Rest time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 4 people

4 tbsp of butter

4 cubes of hershey's milk chocolate

3 paquets of graham crackers

1 1/4 cups of marshmallows

2 jars of marshmallow fluff

Tools

Lighter or blowtorch

Step 1/4

Preheat the griddle to medium heat. Melt the butter. When the butter is melted turn the heat to low and pour on the marshmallows. As the marshmallows begin to melt, use dough cutters to work the marshmallows together to form a large mass. Place the graham crackers on top of the melted marshmallows and use the dough cutters to crush the graham crackers into pieces while folding the crumbs into the marshmallow mass.

Step 2/4

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place graham crackers along the bottom of the pan. Cover with the marshmallow graham mix and press down into the pan.

Step 3/4

Turn off the griddle and while it is still warm, place one chocolate bar at a time onto the griddle to melt the back side in order to stick it onto the marshmallow graham cracker bars. Continue with each chocolate piece. Chill for 10 minutes.

Step 4/4

Take the pan out of the refrigerator and cut into bars using the chocolate bars as a guide. Insert a popsicle stick into each bar. Place back into the refrigerator to chill. Once the bars have set completely, cover with marshmallow fluff using a spatula. Hold popsicle stick in one hand while using the blowtorch to toast the outside.
